December Bulletin

DWWe're just a few days away from the donor matching deadline for our Jane Bannister Winter Appeal, so if you are considering making a donation please contact us quickly! Full details are inside this month's Bulletin. We are again supporting two excellent charities - New Forest Nightstop and Refuge - so anything you can give this festive season will be hugely appreciated. Dorset Humanists is now a registered charity so we can also claim back tax if you complete a Gift Aid form. Full details from our treasurer Simon Whitlock (He can also be contacted via the ‘Contact Dorset Humanists’ section in the right hand column of this website).

Inside you'll also find some fascinating views on Christmas - including a Christian acknowledgement that Christians adapted Christmas from the pagans’ festivals, rather than vice versa as some have tried to claim.

We hope to see you on Saturday 13th December for mince pies and mulled wine at our last meeting before Christmas and we wish you a happy, safe and peaceful festive season.
