Compassionate Eating

In this presentation, nutritionist Sandra Hood from local group, 'Compassionate Dorset' explores the ethics of what we eat.

Discover how the food you choose affects animal welfare and global development. Sandra will also outline more ethical meat-based diets, and vegetarian and vegan diets that provide healthy, energy-boosting nutrition while reducing our environmental impact.
