Join us at the AGM to hear reports on our activities over the past year, and to discuss and determine plans and priorities for the year ahead.

The AGM provides a great opportunity for all our members to influence how Dorset Humanists grows and develops in the future, so please do come along and have your say (Note: only members may vote. Annual membership: £12).

If you wish to propose a motion for debate and vote at the AGM, or nominate yourself or another member for a committee position, please contact us before the end of February.

Join the Dorset Humanists Committee

Have you ever thought about joining Dorset Humanists Committee? We meet every month to manage the affairs of Dorset Humanists. The committee is elected at the AGM every year in March.

If you would like to nominate someone, or get yourself nominated, please complete the Committee Nomination form.

We would particularly welcome someone with an interest in publicity and promotion and someone with an interest in campaigns. For a friendly chat about what.s involved, ring David Warden on 07910 886629.

Can you help Dorset Humanists?

We still have a vacancy on the committee for a press and publicity officer. Without this vital post being filled by an enthusiastic volunteer (or volunteers) Dorset Humanists won't be as well-known in the area as it might be. Please consider what skills, ideas and enthusiasm you could contribute. Joining the team is great fun but it does require a commitment to monthly team meetings.
